脱硫塔保护措施
(1)满足复杂化学条件环境下的防腐蚀要求:烟囱内化学环境复杂,烟气含酸量很高,在内衬表面形成的凝结物,对于大多数的建筑材料都具有很强的侵蚀性,所以对内衬材料要求具有抗强酸腐蚀能力;

(2)耐温要求:烟气温差变化大,湿法脱硫后的烟气温度在40℃~80℃之间,在脱硫系统检修或不运行而机组运行工况下,烟囱内烟气温度在130℃~150℃之间,那么要求内衬具有抗温差变化能力,在温度变化频繁的环境中不开裂并且耐久;

(4)具有一定的抗弯性能:由于考虑到一些烟囱的高空特性,包括是地球本身的运动、地震和风力作用等情况,烟囱尤其是高空部位可能会发生摇动等角度偏向或偏离,同时烟囱在安装和运输过程中可能会发生一些不可控的力学作用等,所以要求防腐材料具有一定的抗弯性能;

(5)具有良好的粘结力:防腐材料必须具有较强的粘结强度,不仅指材料自身的粘结强度较高,而且材料与基材之间的粘结强度要高,同时要求材料不易产生龟裂、分层或剥离,附着力和冲击强度较好,从而保证较好的耐蚀性。通常我们要求底涂材料与钢结构基础的粘接力能够至少达到10MPa以上。
