(1)选择合理的喷嘴喷射高度，通常根据喷嘴特性及喷淋塔总高度和两层喷淋之间距离来确定。

(2)选择合理的单层喷嘴个数。一般来说，喷嘴个数根据泵流量、扬程（喷嘴实际使用压力）和塔的尺寸数据来确定。通常每层布置一个喷淋管网，但必须满足每层装有覆盖率达到150%以上的喷嘴数量，而且尽量缩短连接喷嘴的管道长度。

Usually a spray pipe network is arranged on each floor, but the number of nozzles with a coverage rate of more than 150% must be satisfied, and the length of the pipe connected with the nozzle shall be shortened as much as possible.

(3)当喷嘴覆盖高度确定以后，则就可以计算单个喷嘴的覆盖面积，

（喷嘴的覆盖面积与喷嘴的喷雾角度以及喷射距离成正比，与喷嘴大小尺寸无关，喷射距离的顶值为50-100公分）

(4)得根据不同材质的脱硫喷嘴来选择不同的压力，塑胶材质最大承受压力一般都在5巴以内，2-3巴最适合。不锈钢316.310以及其他硬质合金材质最适压力在2-4巴以内。碳化硅，陶瓷等材质压力在0.7巴是最适合的，最大建议不超过3巴。（1巴=1公斤）
