烟气脱硫技术中的湿法脱硫腐蚀问题
烟气脱硫技术中的湿法脱硫腐蚀问题一直是该技术的核心部分,脱硫塔防腐蚀技术主要要有:采用耐腐蚀不锈钢、玻璃钢(FPR)、耐腐蚀玻璃钢整体成型或者碳钢内衬非金属衬里材料,这些材料包括耐腐蚀胶板、玻璃鳞片胶泥等。目前,主流技术脱硫塔主体采用碳钢、内防腐或316L不锈钢内衬。但在实际运行中有的出现了不锈钢防腐层失效,致使脱硫塔腐蚀穿孔,影响了设备的安全经济运行。本文其失效就的原因进行分析,并针对性地提出了技改方案。

At present, the main main technology of desulfurization tower is carbon steel, internal anticorrosion or 316L stainless steel lining. However, in actual operation, some of the stainless steel anticorrosion layers fail to cause the corrosion and perforation of the desulfurization tower, which affects the safe and economic operation of the equipment. In this paper, the reasons for the failure of this paper are analyzed, and the technical reform scheme is put forward.
