1、普通树脂复合材料制品耐温性能较差，不适合作除尘塔的主体材料。由于采用了树脂复合材料这种耐腐蚀材料，并对其进行了耐高温的改性处理，并且除尘塔主体使用大型缠绕设备一次成型，大大增加了设备强度，使SCT型系列除尘脱硫塔具备了高强度、耐腐蚀等性能，在正常规范操作的情况下维修率几乎为零。
