烟气脱硫塔投用不到一年即发现塔内壁发生大面积溃疡、点、坑蚀形貌，随即利用检修期间进行的了点、坑蚀、溃疡部位进行了补焊修复处理，以后装置巡检人员发现塔终端出现腐蚀穿孔

于是公司立即切断脱硫塔进料并做了隔离处理，打开检查，塔壁发现三处贯穿性腐蚀断面和孔洞，由于腐蚀严重随做停工处理，进入到塔内检查，发现塔壁腐蚀穿孔沿着挡水板与塔壁的焊缝出现0.5m长的腐蚀沟槽，挡水板部分脱落，此外，烟道挡板支撑梁与塔壁的焊缝有一处腐蚀严重、急冷区三个喷嘴磨损严重、吸收区喷嘴完好，烟囱人孔部位以及烟囱筒节在旋珠分离器弯头出口上部部位腐蚀严重出现二处穿孔。

There is a serious corrosion in one joint, three nozzles in quench zone are worn seriously, and the nozzles in absorption zone are intact. There are two serious perforations in the manhole part of chimney and the upper part of chimney tube section at the elbow outlet of rotary bead separator.
